Creating an account in DonkeyApp is straightforward and integrates seamlessly with your existing Salesforce credentials. To get started, visit the DonkeyApp Sign-In page and sign in using your Salesforce Cloud login credentials.

***What if I do not have a Salesforce account?

If you do not have a Salesforce account, there's no need to worry. You can easily create a free CRM Analytics-enabled Salesforce Developer Edition account. Simply visit Salesforce Developer Edition to sign up. After creating your test account, return to this page and proceed with the next steps to continue setting up your DonkeyApp account.

How to sign-in to DonkeyApp?

Signing into DonkeyApp is a straightforward process that allows you to connect to both Production and Sandbox Salesforce environments. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Choose Your Environment: On the DonkeyApp sign-in page, select the type of environment you wish to connect with either Production or Sandbox.

  2. Initiate Sign-In: Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button. DonkeyApp utilizes OAuth integration with Salesforce, which ensures a secure login process.

  3. Salesforce Login: You will be redirected to the Salesforce login screen. Enter your valid Salesforce credentials to proceed.

  4. Authorize Access: Follow the prompts to allow DonkeyApp access to your Salesforce data. This step is crucial for enabling the functionalities of DonkeyApp.

  5. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If multi-factor authentication is enabled on your Salesforce account, you will be prompted to verify your identity through 2FA. This additional security step ensures that your account remains protected.

  6. Finalize Onboarding: After completing the login and authorization steps, you will be redirected back to DonkeyApp and land on the setup onboarding page. Here, you can familiarize yourself with the features and settings of DonkeyApp.

***How to use custom domain to sign-in to DonkeyApp?

To find your custom domain address in Salesforce, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Salesforce account

  2. From Setup, enter "Domains" in the Quick Find box, and then select Domains.

  3. Look for the domain with your custom domain name. The "Domain Name" column will show your custom domain address
